Crispy Paneer Protein Salad 🥗 | No Sad Salad Ep 2 🥗 Recipe : 1. In a bowl, add small paneer cubes, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, Kashmiri chilli powder (to taste), chilli powder (to taste) and a pinch of haldi. Mix well so the paneer is evenly coated. 2. Transfer the paneer to an air fryer and air-fry at 200°C for 20 mins, or until golden and crispy. Shake halfway for even cooking. 3. In a large bowl, add 1 big cucumber (thinly sliced using a mandoline), 1 medium carrot (grated), 1 medium onion (thinly sliced) and 2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds. Toss lightly. 4. In another bowl, add ¼ cup whisked yogurt, 4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped), salt to taste, black pepper to taste and paprika to taste. Mix well to make a creamy dressing. 5. Pour the yogurt dressing over the veggies and mix everything well until evenly coated.
