Hands down the best Ramen Recipe 🤤 Cream Cheese & Honey Gochujang Noodles with Crispy Momos 😍🍜 Recipe : �* Heat 1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp gochujang + 1 tsp honey + ½ tsp soy sauce + ½ tsp vinegar. Toss in your fried momos and coat them well. �* In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil. Add 4-5 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté on low heat till fragrant.�Add 1 tbsp gochujang + ½ tsp chilli flakes + ½ tsp paprika (optional) + 1 tsp soy sauce + ½ tsp vinegar + 1 tsp honey. Cook on low heat for 30–40 seconds. �* Lower heat and add ¼ cup fresh cream or milk + 1 tbsp cream cheese & processed cheese + ¼ cup reserved noodle water. Whisk continuously till smooth, creamy and glossy. �* Add boiled noodles directly into the sauce. Toss on low heat till evenly coated.
