Eggless Chocolate Ravioli 🍫🍓 🍫🍓 Recipe : 1. In a bowl, add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp oil or melted butter and ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional). Gradually add ¼ cup warm milk, little by little, and knead into a smooth, firm (non-sticky) dough.
Cover and let it rest for 20 mins. 2. For the ganache filling, heat ¼ cup fresh cream until just hot (do not boil).
Pour it over ½ cup chopped dark chocolate and 1 tsp butter. Let it rest for 1 min, then stir until smooth. Chill for 10–15 mins until thick and pipeable. 3. For the strawberry sauce, add 1 cup strawberries, 2–3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice and 2–3 tbsp water to a pan. Simmer for 6–8 mins until soft. 4. Roll the rested dough paper-thin. Cut out heart shapes using a cutter.
Pipe small dollops of ganache in the centre of half the hearts.
Lightly brush the edges with milk or water, place another heart on top and press firmly to seal, removing any air.
(You can crimp the edges with a fork or cutter rim for a neat finish.) 5. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully drop in the ravioli and cook for 2–3 mins, or until they float to the top. Remove gently.
