
My second trimester flew by so quickly Traveled to Jaipur and Singapore , ate some yummmm food Had some spotting so I was on 800mg of oral progesterone which made me so dizzy , it’s all a blur I could eat most foods. Really amped up my protein and greens intake - coming up in the next post Walked religiously , was pretty regular with my workouts and WORK !! The dental issues also subsided and didn’t have to get my wisdom tooth removed which would have been super hard during pregnancy :) Couldn’t have asked for more , really :) Please check with your doctor before you take any medication or start the workouts :) I’ve only shared what I did, but every body is different and so is every pregnancy!
