After co-sleeping for 5 years, we moved Aish to her own bed. She settled in 3 days. There were small tears, but nothing that she couldn’t handle with our help. Sleep is a very personal thing, works differently for each family. We weren’t ready at 2 but we were ready at 5. A part of me wishes we had done this earlier, but it doesn’t matter, as long as it’s done. She feels so independent it is beautiful. Every child needs a different level of support and I feel if we slow down and follow their lead, it is possible. While it is not possible to share the method here as it took alignment of many areas such as daily routine, giving her a lot of control back during the day, working on her on independence level during the day , outdoor time, bedtime routine, working on our own regulation and so on… I am excited to invite you to our 3 day parenting program called R.A.I.S.E which gives you a method to the madness. Think of it like an M.B.A in parenting , a system for all the stuff that goes on from birth to 7 years. It is the early childhood development course that you wish your parents had taken :) If you need more info - please check my highlights, or comment “Raise” and I will send you the link to read more about it and register. (For July & August batches) Parenting has never been harder, but so much parenting support has never been available either :) this is your chance to become the parent your child deserves :) . . . . . . . . #parentingcoach #parentingprograms #earlychildhood #earlychildhooddevelopment
