“Sound has the power to heal wounds that words cannot reach.” Every time at @raga_rasayana we do a sound healing workshop, we also are not sure what the results will be. Sound points or heals that what you are seeking. This time it was a beautiful sangam of Yin and Sound that not only worked on opening chakras but on healing and a deep experience. @manisha.a.handa and @maaofallblogs together worked to create a beautiful supportive environment for all attendees. What resulted was people reaching the theta state, awareness on chakras that opened or that felt stiff, letting go of emotions that they were holding back and more.
