
EPISODE 17- WINTER SERIES Mini Protein chilla Ingredients (for 8–10 mini cheelas): • 1 cup boiled corn • ½ cup paneer cubes • 1 tsp oregano • 1–2 cloves garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder) • Chilli and Salt to taste • ½ cup powdered oats • ¼–½ cup milk (as needed for blending) • Mozzarella cheese (for topping) • A few drops oil/ghee for cooking ⸻ Method: 1. In a blender, add boiled corn, paneer cubes, oregano, garlic, salt, powdered oats, and milk. 2. Blend into a smooth, thick puree — like cheela/pancake batter. 3. Heat a pan and lightly grease it. 4. Pour small spoonfuls of the batter to make mini cheelas. 5. Cook on low flame till the bottom turns golden. 6. Flip and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. 7. Cover for a minute so the cheese melts. 8. Serve hot — crispy outside, soft cheesy inside!
