
EPISODE 16 -WINTER SERIES HEALTHIEST STRAWBERRY JAM 🍓 (No sugar, No preservatives, 3-month storage) Ingredients: • Fresh strawberries – 300 g, chopped • Jaggery – 2–3 tbsp (adjust sweetness) • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp • Lemon juice – ½ tbsp Method: 1.Add chopped strawberries to a pan on low flame. Let them release their water and soften (3–4 minutes). 2.Once soft, lightly mash them using a spoon or potato masher — keep it chunky or smooth, your choice. 3.Add jaggery and mix until completely melted into the strawberries. 4.Add chia seeds and cook for 5 mins Mix well — the chia will naturally thicken the jam as it cools. 5.Turn off the flame and Add lemon juice. Let it cool fully. 6.Transfer to a clean glass jar and refrigerate. Stays fresh for up to 3 months!
