Ingredients: 🌰 20 cashews 🌰 20 almonds 💚 20 pistachios 🟤 1cup jaggery 🤍1/2 spoon ghee Instructions: 1.Chop the nuts Coarsely cashews, almonds & pistachios. 2.Soften the jaggery in ghee on a slow flame and drop in water of the jaggery comes out hard it’s ready 3.Mix everything 4. Transfer onto parchment paper, Press down firmly into Flatten to your desired thickness and cut white hot 5. Let it set for a while and completely cooled down Slice into bars and store for 1 month in room temperature!
