
EPISODE 2 : WINTER RECIPE 🫘Protein-Packed Tikkis Ingredients: • 1 cup boiled rajma (soaked overnight) • 1 boiled potato • ½ cup chopped onion • ¼ cup capsicum • Salt to taste • A squeeze of lemon juice • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste • 1 tsp coriander powder • ½ tsp garam masala Method: 1. In a bowl, mash together the boiled rajma and potato. 2. Add onions, capsicum, salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, and garam masala. 3. Mix well to form a smooth mixture. 4.
