Full Recipe 350 grams rice Always use soaked sela rice for zarda In vessel add long elaichi and food color Cook rice 100% no 95 no 90 Because these are sela rice they will never break and if they are not fully cooked they will never cook with chashni In another vessel add ghee Roast your fav dryfruits Now add Boiled rice And 300 grams sugar( look i eat less sugar so i added less sugar 200 grams only) If u sweet lover than add 350 grams sugar only Assemling of layer Rice sugar rice Now cover the lid cook for 5 mins after 5 mins do high flame and evaporates rest of the water and mix well Now add khoya dry fruit tooty fruity kewra water Gulab jamun if u like #recipe #viralreels #recipeshare
