Full Recipe 500 grams mutton 1.5 cup chana dal(approx 180 grams to 200 grams) Add mutton and chana dal in cooker Add 1 onion 1 lehsun 1/2 inch adrak 2 tez patta 1 dal chini 4 5 sukhi laal mirch Masala Salt Water For masala 1tsp zeera 1/2 tsp shah zeera Very little star anise 5 choti elaichi 2 badi elaichi 1/2 tsp kali mirch 5 long Grind Now pressure cook it and grind or mash everything Add chopped onion, hari mirch, dhaniya And 1tsp roasted gari and 1tsp roasted khash khash ( grind them) Mix well add lemon or dry mango powder Fry kababs Serve with red lehsun ki chutney Chutney 5 6 sukhi laal mirch 5 6 garlic cloves Lemon Salt Water #mutton #recipe #recipeshare
