Full Recipe 500 grams mutton mince with fat Salt 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tsp full red chilli powder 1tsp bhuna kutta dhaniya 1/2tsp black pepper powder Handful chopped coriander 1 chopped squeze onion 5 6 chopped green chilli For masala 1/2 tsp zeera (normal) 4 5 cloves 4 choti elachi 1 badi elachi 1 javetri Little chakri phool (If u dont have black pepper powder u can use 1tsp here and grind) At this point u can also give charcoal smoke Now cook as shown u can take pensil as well for placing seekh kabab For 2 3 mins roast on gas flame as soon they started holding shape remove them and shallow fry This step is optional Now add 1cup cream and 2tsp green chutney(dhaniya pudina green chillis and lemon) Pour on kabab #recipe #recipeshare #viralreels
