Full Recipe 500 grams mutton mince(grind not kutta or grind it with fat in mixer) 40 grams fat( i m using this much becoz mera mutton ka mince h that already having fat but if u are using beef rukha keema than 100 grams fat lena) First marinate for atleast 2 hours if have time than overnight also(in fridge) 2tbsp raw papaya paste 2tbsp gg paste Salt Mix everything well in mince and leave it Second marination for 1 hour 1 onion golden brown Garam masala shown( Shah zeera(if u are using shah zeera only than 1/2 tsp and for some reason u don't get shah zeera so u can use normal zeera that will 1tsp) Khas ki jad Javetri Jayphal Kabab chini For full masala comment below Masala will DM With exact measurements as will give alternative also) 1 tbsp potli masala( if not find comment will Dm alternative also Or what else can be used) 2 tbsp saffron milk 1tbsp rose petals 6 7 brown cashew paste 1tbsp red chilli 1tsp sandalwood powder 4tbsp ghee 1 tsp Kewra water 1 drop meetha attar 2tbsp bhuna chana or bhuna besan Mix everything well in mince and in the end give charcoal flavour Fry on very low flame until color come Kindly note If you don’t follow me, most of the time you won’t receive my DMs #recipe #viralreels #recipeshare
