Full Recipe 500 grams mutton parche Marinate for 5 to 6 hours atlesst 2tbsp raw papaya paste 2tbsp gg paste Salt Mix everything well in mince and leave it 1 onion golden brown 1/2 tsp shah zeera 1/2 zeera Little khas ki jhad 5 green cardamom 1 black cardamom 5 6 kabab chini 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 javetri Little jayphal 4 5 cloves 1 badi elachi 1tsp potli masala 6 7 brown cashew paste 1tsp khash khash 1tbsp red chilli 2 tsp roasted besan Mix everything well in parche and leave for 5 to 6 hours Fry on very low flame until color come In the end add lemon juice give charcoal flavour I have also added kewra water if u wish can add Garnish with coriander and green chilli Serve with paratha #recipe #viralreels #recipeshare
