Full recipe 🧑‍🍳 750 grams chicken For marination 👇🏻 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste Salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4th tsp haldi powder 1 tsp green chilli (1/2 tsp shah zeera, 4,5cloves,3 4 green cardamom, 1 small cinnamon, (i have added black pepper also but authentically they dont go)) Sabout masala (1tsp shah zeera zeera,3 green cardamom, cinnamon 2, 2 3 tez patta) 1 Lemon juice Barista 2 onion 2tbsp curd Coriander leaves Mint leaves Ghee or oil Marinate atleast 1 hour for better result Cook the chicken till 80% For rice Take soaked rice (half n hour) In water add (1/2tsp zeera,1 cinnamon,bay leaves,3 green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves) Add rice and cooked it 80% Then layered the rice in vessel add saffron milk or foor color, barista, mint leaves and coriander Cooking instructions 👇🏻 Phle tez flame pe 5 min k liye cook krna hai then niche heavy bottom tawa rkh k low flame pe 10 to15 mins.. dont forget to add tawa nhi toh niche chicken chipak jyga because we added onions and masala jiske wjh se niche chipak skta h #recipe #recipeshare #chicken
