Full recipe👩🏻‍🍳 For yakhni 1 onion 1 lehsun 2inch ginger 1 tbsp sauf 1 tbsp dhaniya 1tsp cumin 1 tez pattal 1 dal chini Add all of these in cooker and add water according to rice like if u are taking 2 cup rice then add 4 cup water Now in cooker add 4 tbsp ghee u can use oil as well Add 1tsp cumin 1/2 tsp shah zeera 1/2 white pepper 2 tez pattal 1 dal chini 2 black cardamom 4 5green cardamom 1tsp kali mirch 3 4 cloves 1 chakri phool 2 tbsp crushed ginger garlic 3 green chillies 1 sliced lemon 3tbsp curd Add yakhni water Add chicken Method 1( for little sticky rice) Check the water by finger as shown in video And cover the lid and cook for 10 mins On medium flame Method 2( for rice as shown in video) After checking the water let the water dry jb rice k upar jo water h dry hone lge and rice dikhne lge just put the cooker lid and cook for 5 mins in medium flame for 5 min agr is beech cooker me whistle nh ati hai then flame ko high krde and give 2 whistle and open after 5 mins chahe pressure release ho ya na ho..
