Full Recipe 300 grams urad dal (soaked) 150 grams moong dal(soaked) Grind it Add 1 tsp grated ginger 1tsp zeera Now whisk it until fluffy and do the test as shown in video Now fry vada in meduim hot oil And prepare one water 1tbsp salt 1tsp heeng Here is a trick U can do two things 1. u can make warm water and add normal temperature vadas into it 2. U can add hot vadas in normal temperature water so that water automatically become warm Now soaked it for 1 hours After 1 hour squeeze little water out and placed it in plate Add sweet dahi chutney as shown in video For vada masala salt 1tsp black salt 1tsp red chilli powder 1tsp chaat masala powder 1tsp zeera powder #recipe #viralreeĺs #snack #recipeshare
