Full recipe🧑🏼‍🍳 For dry siwayi 750 ml milk + water for chasni (total amount of wet ingredients will be) 250 grams siwayi Sugar 500 grams( u can take 3 guna also i have taken just double because i take less sugar) Khoya 200 grams Dry fruits If u want acha sugary then follow this👇🏻 just reduced the milk quantity take only 750 ml For little wet siwayi 1.5 litre milk + water for chashni (total amount of wet ingredients will be) 250 grams siwayi Sugar 750 grams Khoya 200 grams In vessel take ghee add green cardamom and cloves add siwayi roast them Take 2nd vessel add ghee sugar and water as shown in video make 1 taar chashni it is important Add color (optional ) Add milk add dry fruits of ur choice and mawa 4 5 min cook it let boil come Add this mixture in siwayi Cook it for 2 mins only Then cover it It is ready Any doubt can ask #recipe #eid #viralreels #recipeshare
