The way others meet you is often a reflection of how deeply you’ve met yourself first. I really believe you meet people at the frequency you’re living in. When I was disconnected from myself, I kept attracting situations that mirrored that — confusion, inconsistency, the bare minimum in friendships, relationships and even my career. Now my focus is different. Yoga, breathwork, sitting with my emotions, choosing self-respect in small everyday moments. And so much is changing without forcing anything. There is still a long way to go because healing is not linear. I also have my moments of despair, restlessness anxiety, but I don’t live in that constant state anymore, and for that, I am grateful❤️
