The morning started with nourishing the body with wholesome food and herbal shots, setting the tone for the therapy sessions. We believe in keeping our meals grounded and simple. The Potli Massage was first, aiming to ease stiffness and alleviate long-term muscle pain. Warm herbal compresses were gently applied to penetrate deep into the tissues. Next, Red Light Therapy was used to reduce inflammation and promote tissue repair. This was followed by Herbal Steam to open up the channels and encourage the body's natural detoxification process. After the treatments, a nutritious post-massage meal was served in the warm sunlight. The meal was carefully designed to be easy to digest, support Agni, and aid in recovery✨ Our approach to healing is holistic and structured.
