🌟Sunehri Shakarkandi Gulab Jamun🌟 A perfect fusion of tradition and health, these golden delights are sure to elevate your Holi celebrations! Recipe: For the Gulab Jamun Dough: 🥔 1 cup boiled, mashed sweet potato 🌾 1 cup oats flour 🌽 1/2 cup cornflour ✨ 1 tsp baking powder 🫚 1 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder 1️⃣ Mix everything into a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. 2️⃣ Grease your palms and shape the dough into small balls. 3️⃣ Shallow fry in ghee for a rich flavor or bake for a healthier option. For the Jaggery Syrup: 💧 2 cups water 🍯 1 cup grated jaggery 🌹 1 tsp rose water 🌼 Few saffron strands 🫚 1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder 1️⃣ Boil everything until the jaggery dissolves completely. 2️⃣ Dip the fried/baked balls into the warm syrup. 3️⃣ Let them soak for 30 minutes to absorb all the goodness.
