𝔾𝕦𝕒𝕧𝕒 𝔻𝕖𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥/ 𝔸𝕞𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝕄𝕚𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕤 Bringing together the goodness of guava, coconut, and pistachio, my Amrood Mithas is a sweet treat that will leave you craving for more! Fruity, creamy, and naturally sweetened with jaggery—this mithai is a must-try for all my fellow mithai lovers. Recipe: Ingredients: • 1 cup guava (blended into a smooth paste or grate it • 1 cup milk powder • 1 /2cup grated coconut • 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder (adjust to taste) • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios • 1 tsp cardamom powder Instructions: 1. Blend fresh guava to make a smooth paste or grate into fine paste 2. In a pan, add the guava paste and cook it on low heat for 2-3 minutes. 3. Gradually add the milk powder, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. 4. Mix in the grated coconut and jaggery powder, and cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. 5. Add crushed pistachios and cardamom powder, stirring well. 6. Once the mixture cools slightly, shape it spread it in a tray to cut into pieces. 7. Garnish with a few extra pistachios on top , rose petals for the extra luxury and silver leaf / wark ( optional )and serve! Give it a go and let me know how you like it!
