𝑃ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑠 𝐴𝑖𝑟𝑓𝑟𝑦𝑒𝑟 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑡 1 Let's try some evening snacks in my Airfryer series , ℝ𝕠𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝕄𝕒𝕤𝕒𝕝𝕒 ℙ𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕝𝕖𝕤 Ingredients: • 1 medium ripe pineapple (peeled and sliced into wedges or rings) • 1 tsp chaat masala • ½ tsp red chili powder (optional, for a spicy kick) • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for a caramelized touch) • 1 tsp of chat masala • A few drops of lemon juice • 1/2 tsp mint Instructions: 1. Prepare the Pineapple: • Peel the pineapple and cut it into rings or wedges as per your preference. • Pat dry the pieces to remove excess moisture. 2. Marinate: • In a mixing bowl, combine chaat masala, red chili powder, cayenne powder, black salt, honey (if using), and lemon juice and mint • Rub this mixture evenly over the pineapple slices. 3. Preheat the Airfryer: • Preheat your Philips Airfryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. 4. Cook the Pineapple: • Place the marinated pineapple pieces in the Airfryer basket in a single layer. • Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pineapple becomes golden and slightly caramelized. 5. Serve: • Serve warm as a snack, dessert, or side dish. You can garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
