This easy, no-pectin strawberry jam is made with just four simple ingredients—pure, natural, and bursting with flavors. Ingredients: • 1 kg fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped) • 2 cups sugar (adjust to taste) • 2 tbsp lemon juice (for that perfect tang) • 1-inch cinnamon stick (adds warmth & depth) • 2 tbsp lemon zest (for a citrusy kick) Instructions: 👉🏼Prep the Strawberries: Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries into small pieces. 👉🏼Cook the Base: In a heavy-bottomed pan, add strawberries and sugar.
