Try this comforting delicacy and enjoy a flavorful journey! 🍴✨ Recipe: Ingredients: • Fresh corn kernels – 2 cups • Milk – 1 cup • Ghee – 1 tbsp • Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp • Green chilies – 1-2 (finely chopped) • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp • Salt – as per taste • Sugar – 1/2 tsp (optional) • Lemon juice – 1 tsp • Fresh coriander – for garnish Method: 1. Grate the corn or grind it coarsely to get a paste. 2. Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 3. Add green chilies and turmeric powder, sauté briefly. 4. Add the grated corn and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. 5. Pour in the milk, mix well, and let it simmer until the mixture thickens and the corn is cooked. 6. Add salt and sugar (if using) and mix thoroughly. 7. Finish with lemon juice for a tangy twist and garnish with fresh coriander. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
