Follow along as I turn simple ingredients into snack you won't want to share 😊 Recipe: Crispy Avocado Fries in the Air Fryer Ingredients: • 1 ripe avocado, sliced • 1 egg (beaten) • 1/4 cup rice flour • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (or bread crumbs) • Salt & pepper to taste • Cooking oil spray Instructions: 1️⃣ Slice the avocado into wedges. 2️⃣ Set up your coating station: • Bowl 1: Rice flour add salt , crushed black pepper • Bowl 2: 1 Beaten egg • Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs 3️⃣ Coat each avocado slice first in rice flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs. 4️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Spray the basket with a little cooking oil. 5️⃣ Arrange the avocado slices in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). Spray a bit more oil on top for extra crispiness. 6️⃣ Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
