Using NIC’s Tender Coconut Ice Cream, saunf, gulkand, and a touch of elaichi, these shots are the perfect festive refreshment for guests! This season, let’s elevate our celebrations with a fusion of traditional flavors and modern surprises! 🌸🥥 And trust me, one sip and your guests will keep coming back for more! 😉 Recipe: Ingredients: • 1 scoops of NIC Tender Coconut Ice Cream • 1 cup milk • 2 teaspoon gulkand (rose petal preserve) • 1 teaspoon saunf (fennel seeds) • 1 teaspoon elaichi (cardamom) powder • saunf , pistachios, rose petals for garnishing Instructions: 1. In a blender, add the milk, NIC Tender Coconut Ice Cream, gulkand, and elaichi powder. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Add paan leaf and blend again to chill the mixture. 4. Crush the saunf slightly and sprinkle it into the glasses. 5. Pour the Paan Shots mixture into small shot glasses. 6. Garnish with a sprinkle of saunf, pistachios , rose petals on top for that extra crunch and aroma. 7. Serve chilled and enjoy the burst of flavors!
