One thing I’ve learned from trying to eat more protein consistently? It doesn’t have to mean plain paneer, protein shakes, or forcing yourself to eat foods you don’t enjoy. The easiest way to hit your protein goals is by finding snacks you’ll actually look forward to eating. And these frozen crunch clusters have officially made it to my repeat list because they taste like a chocolate treat but also help me get a few extra grams of protein in. ✨ Recipe: • 1 cup @thedrchoice Protein Muesli • 1 mashed banana • 1 tbsp peanut butter • Melted sugar-free dark chocolate Mix everything together, shape into clusters, and freeze for 30–40 minutes. Makes around 4 clusters: ≈ 6–7g protein per cluster💪🏻 Save this for the next time your sweet cravings hit but you still want something balanced.
