
We literally had to slap this paratha to make it work… 😠and mine still stayed khasta. Kolkata street food I’ve always heard about but never tried. Crispy → smashed → soft flaky layers… it just makes sense. Chur chur naan jaisa… but more Bangla. Serve it with ghugni / aloor torkari / cholar dal and don’t skip the lime + chaat masala. That’s the whole point.
