Noddles with zero calories. Tried these Shirataki noodles from @urbanplatter.in and I genuinely didn’t expect them to turn out this good. Light, quick, and honestly perfect when you want something comforting without overthinking it. Kept it simple with a little sauce (used their gochujang too), some veggies, and just let the noodles do their thing. This might actually be my new go-to for those random cravings.
