My mother named me Kamolika Here’s a simple, refreshing potato salad that’s perfect for those I-want-something-chill-but-filling kinda summer days. It’s light, and comes together in minutes! P.S. – If you’re not making this with chilled potatoes, are you even doing it right? ### **Ingredients:** - Boiled potatoes (cut into slices) - 1 tsp black pepper seeds - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 tsp coriander seeds - 2–3 whole dry red chillies - 3–4 tbsp tamarind pulp - Salt to taste - ½ tsp red chilli flakes - 1 small onion (finely chopped) - 1–2 green chillies (chopped) - Fresh coriander (chopped) ### Method: 1. **Dry roast** black pepper, cumin, coriander seeds & dry red chillies till aromatic. Cool & grind to a coarse powder. 2. **In a bowl**, add tamarind pulp + the roasted masala + salt + red chilli flakes. Mix well. 3. Add **sliced boiled potatoes** and toss to coat. 4. Top with **chopped onion, green chillies, coriander**. 5.
