mango sticky rice without ‘STICKY’ 🥭 Mango Sticky Rice but make it home-style ✨ If you’ve never had this before, trust me this Thai dessert is a whole vibe. Sweet, creamy, fresh & comforting. Perfect for mango season 🍚🍴 **INGREDIENTS:** - ½ cup sticky rice/i used normal rice - 1 cup coconut milk/regular - 5 tbsp sugar - ¼ tsp salt - ½ tbsp corn flour - Garnish - ½ mango, sliced - Toasted black til METHORD 1. Rinse the sticky rice 3–4 times, then boil in simmering water for 20 minutes until cooked. 2. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves. Mix half of this into the cooked rice and cover. Set aside. 3. Add cornflour to the remaining coconut mixture and heat until it thickens slightly. 4. Slice the mango into desired shapes (long strips recommended). 5. Press the rice into a bowl, demould onto a plate. Arrange mango slices around it and pour the sauce over. 6.
