Saw this uttapam on Zomato and couldn’t stop thinking about it—so I made my own! Used my homemade high-protein batter (video already up!) and kept it light, clean, and no onion-garlic. Still turned out crispy on the outside and soft inside—just like comfort on a plate. Perfect for breakfast or a quick Indian dinner. Try it and let me know how it goes! Ingredients: (Chutney) Oil Roasted peanut Sesame seeds Channa dal Mustard seeds Coconut Onion Ginger Chilli Curry leafs Tomato Hing Salt Coconut water Blended until it turns into a paste (Uttapam recipe) VEGETABLE - onion - Green chilli - curry Patta - coriander leaf - Capsicum - tomato - Dhanya powder - chilli powder - Sambar masala - Salt - Paneer Mix them all together. Spread the dosa batter in a pan(I have shared the recipe earlier, how I make the batter). Press in the vegetable mixture make sure you put the sides or until gets brown because that’s how I like it and serve it with the Chutney. This will be the best trust me.
