Perfect for lunch or a light dinner 💪 What’s inside: Macros: ~499 kcal | 37 g protein | 60 g carbs | 14 g fat Ingredients Dressing • Greek yogurt – 100 g • Low-fat paneer – 70 g • Coriander + mint – handful • Lemon juice – 1 tsp • Black pepper – ½ tsp • Salt – to taste Chickpeas • Boiled kabuli chana – 100 g • Salt – pinch • Red chilli pwd – ¼ tsp • Roasted jeera pwd – ¼ tsp • Amchur pwd – ¼ tsp Salad Base • Onion – 1 small, sliced • Beetroot – 1 small, grated/sliced • Tomatoes – 2 small, diced • Pomegranate – 50 g • Walnuts – 4 halves, crushed Quick Steps 1. Blend all dressing ingredients until creamy. 2. Sauté chickpeas with spices for 2–3 mins. 3. Mix veggies, pomegranate & chickpeas in a bowl. 4. Add dressing, toss gently, top with walnuts, mint leaves & serve.
