Grateful to have been invited as the Keynote Speaker at the iRise Weekender Series by Upshot Brand Media, hosted at GRT Jewellery, Chanda Nagar yesterday. My fireside chat with the lovely @your_brand_specialist was exactly the kind of conversation I enjoy being part of. Some thoughts I shared (and truly believe in): • Instead of blaming the next generation for short attention spans and digital lives, something we are not absolved of either, we need to engage with them, connect with them, and get creative. When children feel heard and enjoy the process, they show both depth and breadth. • Guilt is the price women are taught to pay for ambition. Recognising it is the first step. Acting despite it is the real shift. • The beauty of authenticity is that it doesn’t need to be maintained. When you are aligned with yourself and prioritise with clarity, it becomes effortless. • Be open to being criticised. Ethics, clarity, and alignment matter more than applause. • Sharing stories builds strong women’s ecosystems to inspire, inform, mentor, or sometimes simply to make someone feel seen, understood, and that they belong. • Explore within. Stay open to doing and trying new things. Focus is about being fully present in the moment and not about narrowing down your possibilities or limiting what you are made of. It was an excellent evening with amazing women from diverse fields, full of rich conversations and the energy that comes from shared honesty and purpose. Kudos to Upshot Brand Media and GRT Jewellers for curating such a meaningful platform. Thank you for making me a part of this.
