To be honest, even I felt I was living under a rock all this time to have an opportunity to savour Egyptian flavours in my city and not being able to experience it first hand! All that is finally put to rest thankfully! . The brand completes 15 years in the industry and the celebrations included some Egyptian classics and newer additions in the Indian and Oriental menu for patrons to savour this festive season! . Most recommended dishes from the Egyptian Menu: •Ta’ameya – Egyptian falafel made with chickpeas and herbs, served with pita, tahini, salad, and pickles. •Koshary – Egypt’s national dish of rice, lentils, macaroni, chickpeas, tangy tomato sauce, and fried onions. •Shish Tawook – Juicy yogurt-marinated chicken skewers grilled to smoky perfection. •Fattah – A celebratory lamb dish layered with crispy bread, rice, and garlic-tomato sauce. •Umm Ali – Traditional Egyptian bread pudding baked with milk, sugar, nuts, and raisins.
