I had the chance to visit Kolkata’s newest Pan-Asian fine dining gem, Sapodilla ( @sapodilla_asian )and it honestly felt like stepping into Southeast Asia itself 🌏 . Salt Lake definitely needed a space like this! The earthy tones, soft lighting, and intricate Asian decor make it a perfect escape. Coming to the food, here are my top picks: 🍗 Katsu Chicken Bao: Crispy Panko-crumbed chicken with fresh herbs 🍣 Rainbow Maki: Layers of crabstick, cream cheese, salmon, yellowtail, tuna, and avocado 🥑 Avocado Dim Sum: Creamy avocado with burnt garlic and cheese 🍲 Steamed Tamarind Chicken: Tangy, slow-cooked in soya and tamarind 🥥 Silken Coconut Treat: Steamed coconut dumplings with honey butter sauce . To be honest, I have even visited Sapodilla as a customer post this invitation and have got the same consistency in food! Not to mention DELICIOUS! .
