Mash boiled chickpeas with salt, paprika, olive oil, and cheese. 2. Add bell peppers, onion, and mix well. 3. Place cucumber slices on bread, spread the chickpea mixture, add more cucumber, and cover with another bread slice. 4. Grill for 2–3 minutes until golden. 5.
