Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. 2. Add grated apple and sauté for 1–2 minutes. 3. Pour in milk and let it boil. 4. Add finely chopped dry fruits and a little jaggery powder. 5. As the milk boils, it will start curdling and separating like paneer (chhena). 6. Once it thickens, strain out excess water. 7. Collect the soft, thick part in a bowl, let it cool, and then serve to your toddler.
