
Episode 2 - Toddler friendly sweet for janmashtami🪷🪈🪔 >> SHARE it with your friends and family & SAVE for later<< Ingredients (Makes 8–10 mini laddoos) • ½ cup besan (chickpea flour) • 2 tbsp powdered oats (optional but adds fiber) • 3 tbsp ghee • 6–7 soft dates (blended into paste) • 2 tbsp grated dry coconut • 2 tbsp finely powdered nuts (almond, cashew) • ¼ tsp cardamom powder 👩🍳 Instructions 1. Roast besan – Heat 2 tbsp ghee, add besan, roast on low for 8–10 mins until nutty aroma comes. 2. Add oats & coconut – Mix in oats powder and coconut, roast for 1–2 mins more. 3. Sweeten & bind – Add date paste, nuts, cardamom. Stir until it forms a soft dough (add 1 tbsp ghee if dry). 4. Shape laddoos - Cool slightly, then roll into mini laddoos. If too dry, add a few drops of warm milk (but note: this will reduce shelf life).
