Here is the recipe 👇🏻[ Follow for more ] >> Share with your friends >> Ingredients : • 2 medium sweet potatoes (steamed or boiled, peeled & mashed) • 1 tbsp ghee • 2–3 tbsp jaggery powder (adjust to taste) • 2–3 tbsp mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios), chopped or crushed • 1 tbsp raisins (optional) • ¼ tsp cardamom powder ⸻ Method : 1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan. 2. Add chopped dry fruits and raisins. Sauté until lightly golden. 3. Add the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes. 4. Add jaggery powder and stir until it melts and blends evenly. 5. Sprinkle cardamom powder, mix well, and cook for another minute. 6.
