
A Refreshing & Nutritious Breakfast🥣🍚 Ingredients: • 1 cup poha (flattened rice) • 1 tbsp ghee • ½ tsp mustard seeds • ½ tsp cumin seeds • ¼ tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds) • 2 tbsp peanuts • 2 tbsp roasted chana dal • 2–3 tbsp curd (adjust to taste) • Salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala – to taste ⸻ Instructions: 1. Prepare Poha • Rinse 1 cup poha thoroughly and soak in water for 2 minutes. • Drain completely and gently squeeze out excess water. Set aside. 2. Make the Tadka • Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, methi dana, and peanuts. • Sauté until they crackle and peanuts are golden. 3. Mix Everything • Transfer the soaked poha to a mixing bowl. • Add the tadka, roasted chana dal, and curd. • Mix gently until well combined. 4.
