
EPISODE 3- Toddler friendly sweets for Janmashtami🪔 A creamy, festive kheer Makhana Kheer🥥🥣 🍶Ingredients: • 2 tosp makhana (fox nuts) • ¼ cup grated coconut ( optional) • 1 cup full-fat milk or coconut or almond milk • 2-3 soft dates (blended) • 1 tsp ghee • A pinch of cardamom powder 👩🏻🍳Instructions: 1. Dry roast crushed Makhana in ghee. 2. In a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee + crushed dry fruits + milk & simmer for sometime 3. Add date paste + Makhana powder . 4. Simmer until thick and creamy. 5. Lastly add cardamom powder.
