
Episode 1 - Toddler friendly sweet for janmashtami🪷🪈🪔 Baby friendly Coconut 🥥 & Ragi Laddoos. >> Share with your friends and family & Save for later << Soft, earthy, and iron-rich - these are perfect for toddlers and a creative spin for Janmashtami. * Ingredients: • ¼ cup ragi flour (nachni) • ¼ cup grated fresh or dry coconut • ¼ cup dates paste or soft mashed dates • 1 tosp ghee • ¼ tsp cardamom powder • 1 tbsp crushed nuts (almond, cashew - optional or finely ground for younger toddlers) 👩🏻🍳 Instructions: 1. Dry roast ragi flour in a pan on low flame until it smells nutty (3-4 mins). 2. Add ghee and sauté for another minute. 3. Add dates paste and mix until it softens and blends. 4. Add grated coconut, cardamom, and crushed nuts. 5. Stir well until mixture thickens and leaves sides of pan. 6. Cool slightly and roll into small laddoos. Storage: • Fridge: Up to 6-7 days.
