
These aloo tikkis are made with Kuttu ka aata & rajgira flour. They are super healthy, tasty & quick to make plus they are filling also.. Detailed recipe for Aloo-Kuttu ki tikki - Ingredients- 1. Potatoes- 3medium 2. Carrot - 2 3. Ginger - 1” grated 4. Coriander- 1/4 cup 5. Crushed peanuts - 1/4 cup 6. Rajgira flour - 1/2 cup 7. Kuttu flour - 1/2 cup 8. Green chillies- 2-3 chopped 9. Bhuna jeera powder - 1 tsp 10. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp 11. Coriander powder - 1 tsp 12. Jeera - 1 tsp 13. Vrat ka namak - 1 1/2 tsp (as per taste) 14. White Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp 15. Ghee /oil - 1 tbsp Method - 1. Grate potatoes & carrot. Wash them nicely. 2. Drain & Squeeze the excess water. 3. Now add ginger, green chilli, coriander, salt, spices, rajgira flour & kuttu flour. 4. Mix well & make a dough. Dont add additional water. 5. Grease your palm & make small tikkis. 6. top with some white Sesame seed 7.
