Air fryer series EP -2 ☘️☘️☘️Vrat ki Namkeen☘️☘️☘️ for your Sawan Somwaar fast This Aloo namkeen is tasty, crispy & healthy. Detailed recipe for Aloo Namkeen :- Ingredients : 1. Potatoes - 4 medium size 2. Ghee - 2-4 tsp 3. Makhana (fox nut) - 1 cup 4. Almonds - 1/4 cup 5. Cashews - 1/4 cup 6. Peanuts - 1/4 cup 7. Curry leaves - 1 sprig 8. Vrat salt (sendha namak) - 1 tsp 9. Powdered sugar - 1 tsp 10. Bhuna jeera powder - 1/2 tsp Method - 1. Wash & peel potatoes. 2. Grate them in thick julienne. 3. Soak all the grated potatoes in ice water for an hour. 4. Wash them nicely to remove all the excess starch & let the water drain completely by sieving. 5. Now spread the grated potatoes on kitchen towel to soak all the moisture. You can leave it like this for an hour in fan also. Now the potatoes are ready to be air fried. 6. Mix a tsp of ghee into it & air fry for 20 mins on 160 degrees. Keep on tossing & stirring in between. 7. When the potatoes are fried keep them aside. 8. In a bowl put all the nuts & mix a tsp of ghee. 9. Put them in air fryer with some curry leaves. Bake them for 15 mins on 170 degrees. 10. In a big bowl add baked potatoes & nuts & add vrat salt, powdered sugar & jeera powder.
