
Seeds Cracker with Psyllium Husk Detailed recipe for Seed Cracker - Ingredients - 1. Flax seeds - 1/2 cup 2. Pumpkin seeds - 1/2 cup 3. Chia seeds - 1/2 cup 4. Musk Melon seeds - 1/4 cup 5. White sesame seeds - 1/4 cup 6. Psyllium husk - 1/4 cup 7. Salt - 1 tsp (you may increase it as per taste) 8. Oregano - 1 tsp 9. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp 10. Hot Water - 3/4 cup 11. Oil / ghee for greasing Method - 1. Put all the seeds in a bowl along with psyllium husk, salt , oregano & chilli flakes. 2. Mix everything well & add hot water. 3. Mix it & keep it covered for half an hour. 4. Now take a baking tray - lined & greased. 5. Spread thin layer of seed mix & bake it for 1 hr on 150 degrees. 6. Let them cool down completely. 7. Remove baking sheet carefully & store it in air tight jar. For High Protein Mint spread - Ingredients - 1. Paneer - 50 gms 2. Mint leaves - 10-12 3. Garlic - 2 4. Green chilli - 1 small 5. Blak pepper - 2-3 pcs 6. Salt - 1/2 tsp 7. Water - 2-3 tbsp (as required) Method - 1. Put everything in grinder & grind it till you get smooth paste. 2.
