
Homemade chocolate with just 3 ingredients. No refined sugar no junk just home ingredients. Healthy and tasty too. INGREDIENTS: Roasted channa ½ cup Deseeded dates 4 or 5 Maple syrup 2 to 3 tablespoons Instead you can use Honey. Dark chocolate (optional) RECIPE: Into a mixer jar add Roasted channa dal,deseeded dates & maple syrup. Grind it into a coarse mixture. Take small amount of mixture and make shapes out of any chocolate mould. Or can simply make any shape. Keep this chocolate mould in freezer for 20min. Take it out and transfer the chocolates into airtight jar. Can garnish the chocolates with melted dark chocolate or simply serve them as it is. I've used equal amounts of dark & white chocolate. Melted it by double boiling method. High in protein and iron.
