
Potato cheese balls.A perfect evening snacks idea. INGREDIENTS : 4 medium sized potatoes 2 tablespoons cornflour Coriander Salt ½teaspoon Pepper powder ½ teaspoon Cheese block 1 egg 1cup cornflakes 2 garlic cloves optional PROCESS: Boil the potatoes. Peel of the skin & transfer into a mixing bowl Mash it and add ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper powder. 2 tablespoons corn starch (corn flour) 1tablespoon Chopped coriander ½ cup grated cheese & mix together. Cut the cheese block into half inch cubes. Take lemon sized portion of potato mixture keep the cheese cube inside & make balls out of it. For coating take 1cup cornflakes & just crush them.(spread this on a plate) Now into a bowl Crack an egg. Add ½ teaspoon crushed garlic (optional) Keep kadai on the stove heat 1 cup oil on low flame. Now dip each ball into egg mixture & roll it on cornflakes mixture.
